Ms. Saumya Shukla is an academician & has recently completed her Doctoral research on “Economics of Green Buildings in India”. She has been associated with the firm since inception & has written on various topics for landscape such as “Ecological study of Golf Courses vs. Green belts”, “Spiritual ecology & Sustainability” among the few.
Priyanka Chawla has been associated with Quintessence since 2003- a year after she received her Bachelors in Architecture from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi. She got professional exposure in the field of core Architecture & Interior design before she started assisting the firm with a broad range of project types and varying scales including the Site planning & design of corporate offices, townships, industrial plants, commercial landscapes, Group housing, Residences, hotels and Institutional buildings. She has provided distinct contribution to the firm during participation in National & International level design competitions. Currently she leads a team of Architects & Assistant Architects for her area of expertise in Master planning, design & construction.
Neha Gupta has been associated with Quintessence since 2010. She completed her graduation in 2006 from DC Patel school of Architecture, Vallabh Vidhyanagar. After two years of experience in the field if Architecture, her interest towards environment sensitive design and designing with nature led her to pursue Masters in Landscape Design from SPA, New Delhi. She has been a recipient of Best thesis in both Graduation and Post-Graduation. Neha Gupta has worked on a broad range of projects like Corporate, Recreational, Housing, Institutional etc. Her work in Quintessence involves Design Assistance, Detailing, Material Selection and Project Co-ordination.
Jayashree Mahana has been associated with Quintessence since 2004 the same year she received her Bachelors in Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. In between she joined School of Planning and Architecture for Masters in Landscape Architecture in 2007. At SPA, she was a Gold Medal recipient for the best overall performance in the academic session in the year 2009. Jayashree has experience with a broad range project types and scales, including the landscape design of corporate offices, townships, industrial plants, commercial landscapes, housing, campus master plans, hotels and resorts, and garden design. Currently she is also a visiting faculty at the Landscape Architecture Dept. of SPA, Delhi.
Nisha, completed her Bachelors in architecture from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior(2011) and Masters Programme in Landscape Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi(2014). She worked as an architect for a year in Sikkim , participating in various mixed used projects. She has single handedly worked , managed and coordinated many projects in the offcie, both of the terrain and plains. Her good management and coordination skills are an asset to the firm.
Priyanka Gupta, a bachelor in architecture from National Institute of Technology, Patna (2010) with a post graduate degree in landscape architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi (2012). She has profound experience in designing and technical presentation of varied landscaping projects which includes corporate offices, township, large campus, group and individual housing and park design during her short but highly productive two years as a professional landscape architect. She has acute acumen towards finer details in working drawings related to site layouts and finishes.
Shweta Raghaw has been associated with Quintessence since 2009. An architect from National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur she has received her Masters in Landscape Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. Since her association with us she has worked on a variety of landscape development and project management jobs ranging from small scale residential, commercial to large scale urban planning, educational, hospitality and multi-dimensional leisure developments. With her interest in cities, she is currently pursuing her Masters in Urban Management and Development with a special focus on Urban Environment Management at Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
Swati Singh pursued Architecture from Apeejay School of Architecture and Planning, Greater Noida (2013) and is associated with Quintessence from Nov 2013.She has a variety of design experiences ranging from residential, commercial and recreational in landscape detailing and she also has the work experience in Interiors for residential and commercial projects.
Vijay Pal Singh is an integral part of the firm since 2005. He is an assistant architect and plays an important role in project visualisation and has excelled in softwares like Photoshop, Sketch up and CAD. He is efficient in making presentations, 3D modelling and detailing and general office management. He is very keen in training interns regarding work and office conduct.
Bineesh Sivan working as an assistant architect in Quintessence since 2002.He is efficient in making construction drawings, details, construction documents and site management.
Shahbaz Khan , pursued Architecture from Jamia Millia Islamia University , New Delhi (2015) and has been a part of Quintessence from Jan 2015. Active participation in curricular workshops and competitions during his college and internship period helped him to extensively diversify and explore the true nature of the job. He has keen interest and knowledge about architecture and has been involved in most of the architecture projects of the office. His extensive knowledge of 2D and 3D softwares helped him to be a creative member of the office regarding problem solving and work completion.
Taveshi Prakash pursued Architecture from UnIversity School of Architecture and Planning, IP University (2014) and is associated with Quintessence from March 2015.Prior to joining Qunitessence she has been primarily involved in designing and detailing of residential projects. She also has experience in residential interior designing.She has keen interest in studying public spaces understanding the influence of architecture and its manifestations in human behavioural patterns.
